Dogs of Fawnskin: Cleo

Meet Miss Cleo who decided to smile for the camera. The lovely old lady is in her teens and has a tough time getting around these days but as you can see she is a happy girl. Cleo lives with Napoleon down by Firestation 49 and is the delinquent I found ambling on the highway about a year and a half ago above Grout Creek. These days she can be seen enjoying a rest on the lawn in front of her house…but sometimes she sneaks over to the neighbor’s house and leaves a political statement on his lawn!

I enjoyed my time here, but heaven is calling. The pain and my diabetes dictate that it is time to gone on to my next peaceful life.I will miss all my human friends dearly. Please have a gentle word for Napoleon as he has been a wonderful adopted son. My tale will be wagging from heaven as I look down on Fawnskin. 5/7/07
