Per the newly adopted Snow Berm Reduction Policy, residents can expect a 50 to 80% reduction in their berm when up to 10 inches of snow have fallen. 

The new policy states that for snow levels of 16 inches or more, there may be no berm reduction services for up to 24 to 72 hours after the snowfall stops.</description>
