@Michael: Thanks for the invite but we couldn’t make it. If you give me a week heads-up I can make it and yes I’d like to get another song. The post had 176+ views the day I put it online! I am not a member of the legion–does it matter?
@Becky: We actually don’t get a lot of severe weather. In fact, we have been in a drought and are happy about the stuff–even though I b**tch about it. Thanks for dropping by and for the nice comment on the website. Big Bear is growing so if you are looking for a fairly quiet place to live, California (at least southern) is probably not it–although I’ve never been to Kansas and maybe it is! Also, the cost of living is astronomical in comparison to other parts of the country–but drop by the site often–maybe you would like it. I sure do but then I grew up in So. Cal.

Fawnskin and Big Bear sound like interesting places to
live. It seems like you get a lot of severe weather. How
many months is your weather like this? I live in Kansas
we have unususal weather too but few beautiful views. I hope to find a beautiful fairly quiet place to move. It would be nice to converse with someone who knows the areas. Enjoyed your site. Thanks
