I am a mix these days. If I have a hard time doing business with a place I usually take that business elsewhere. Sad but true. I just had a local business owner argue over a return of an item less than 5 bucks. Uh, not to smart. Wrong item and she made a big deal over it when the clerk said it would not be a problem. I had pretty much quit shopping there but wanted to support the new owner--who happens to be a former client of mine. Cricket thanks for the comment. I am a mix these days. Made for a better Christmas, without all the running up and down the hill, and helped support local businesses as well. It was so much nocer this way, and will continue to be part of my holiday routine.
