I assumed that it was in honor of the dedication of the Lt. Landaker Memorial Hwy. I don't know who placed the small flags out. It would have been so great if we could have kept the large flags along the hwy. It was extremely patriotic! That would be a great tribute to Jared. Do you know if there will be signs naming the hwy?
