Neighborhood News
I haven’t been in Fawnskin for about a week but thought you might be interested in a couple of things.
First, those who live over on Mohawk will be happy to hear that the work to help channel the water run off from rain or snow melt has been done up around the intersection of Brookside & Mohawk.
Brookside doesn’t have that name for nothing–and many homeowners discovered why after we had large amounts of rain and snow. The babbling brook became a raging river that flowed down Mohawk and flooded many homes in the process.
Hopefully this new alteration will help prevent further problems.
Neighbors have been watching roofing material piling up in Chet’s driveway. I imagine there will be an outdoor BBQ to watch the new roof go up as it seems to have been really quiet around the neighborhood. (I’m kidding–really.)

I’d keep them handy if I were you! Still have mine in storage after we flooded a few years back.

Don’t know who Chet is but there is a lot of work going on at Commanche & Cherokee -looking better every day. Renaissance Fair brought a lot of people in yesterday - hopefully things will quiet down by Monday.
