During the depression my mother in law would make cracker pie and save the yolks for custard. If she didn’t have walnuts she would use oatmeal. I used leftover breakfast cereal. I found a lady who has the recipe on the internet.

@Shadow’s Mom & Hells Bells: Yep, Clara certainly is something. I’ve watched a few of the videos. Love how they put them together and she reminds me of my grandma.
