Animal Disaster Prep in Fawnskin

Veterinarian and current Mayor of Fawnskin, Dave Hough will present a special class on animal control and handling in the event of a serious catastrophe in Fawnskin and the Big Bear Valley.

Dave is a member of our local CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) and will demonstrate the proper method of safely containing a pet cat or dog in case of emergency as well as how to prevent further trauma to your pet if there is an emergency.

All CERT members as well as the general public are invited to this training session on Friday, May 15th at 2:00pm at the Fire Station 49 in Fawnskin.

Please do not bring pets to the demonstration there will be a demonstration dog on the premises.
