Fawnskin Coordinates for Thin is In

David Yegge, Fire Fuels Program Coordinator for Big Bear Valley, is asking Fawnskin residents and home owners to visit Thin is In to log in the hours you spend cleaning pine needles, small brush, dead trees and low hanging branches within 15′ of a structure, to provide a fire safe environment around your home in Fawnskin.

Thin is In will keep track of all the hours and when the community has logged in 200 to 300 hours Fawnskin will be submitted for certification as a Firewise Community.

Please note that the hours you log in can be your own personal work or that of hired workers, they all qualify.
