		<description>Yikes! Yes, I remember when I first moved up here that most of my electric bill was for service charges--something like $25 or more per month. It would be interesting to see what laws govern the utilities and if they actually stipulate that those charges are legit.</description>

$12.00 actual electric usage
$36.00 Min Electric Fee
$12.00 Service Charge for using less electricity..

Propane:  Recently charged $200 fee for Low Usage...NOT using enough propane...

Makes one wonder.....why anyone would be charged for not using enough...</description>
