Ay Chihuahua! | GG’s TOT

Found Chihuahuas

¬°Ay, Chihuahua! GG wants to hide under the covers…but the cute Chihuahuas on top of the blanket in the photo were rescued so they would not become predator snacks by the one and only, Snoop Sister Deb.

The owner has been located and said that they were stolen from her. Microchips allowed her to be found but there seems to be an issue with her collecting them.

GG is going to call her pet rescue pals and see what they can do but the pups are being spoiled here in Fawnskin until they are returned.

Fall Back!
GG forgot to tell mention this in the original post, so this is an edit to insert a reminder that this weekend you need to set your clocks back one hour. Best to do this Saturday night so you don’t forget since the time change takes effect on Sunday.

Wayne Parker of Fawnskin was recently elected to serve as the new secretary.

Poker Run
The annual Moose Lodge 2085 Poker Run will take place this Sunday. Off-road enthusiasts will meet up at 10:00am and depart from Green Valley. Call the lodge for local departure time and additional information at (909) 866-3013.

Vote!
Tuesday, November 6, 2012 is election day and if you don’t live in Fawnskin you can find out where to vote at the Secretary of State website.

I always vote by mail, and this year many people voted early, but if you are visiting the area and need to vote you can do so at

Fire State 96
39188 Rim of the World Drive
Fawnskin, CA 92333

We think it is one of the best polling places around!

There are a lot of happenings next week, so I look for an update on Tuesday…and I finally got John’s recipe and plan on sharing it Thursday.
