Weather Worries

So, as usual the talk of the town is about the weather.

  • Will we have an early winter?
  • Will the storm dump a lot of rain?
  • Will the weather discourage visitors for the holiday weekend?

As I’ve said before, GG is not a meteorologist and neither are most of the people giving out weather advice or predictions, but it never seems to stop the speculations.

On the party perch, things have been a bit slow but I’ve noticed a my first Grosbeak and my hawk pal has returned.

The late fall and early winter fruit is ripening a month or more early.

So, ultimately it is going to be hard to predict just what may be happening. but the Farmers Almanac is always great to check out.

Locally, I was a bit amused by the visitors that watered today after the rain over the last two days.

I’ve heard it is supposed to clear up by the weekend but as always, we shall see.
